MEDPRO offers maintenance programs to match your needs and your budget. Following are example service plans that you can choose from:

Time and materials – Pay per service

Call us when you need us. Our service technicians will be dispatched promptly. Most repairs can be completed on-site. Pricing is fair and all work is guaranteed. As an authorized and certified provider, some repairs may be covered by manufacturers warranty.

On-site, scheduled preventive maintenance agreements

Scheduled PM at intervals appropriate to your equipment type, age and the operating conditions you encounter. Once a schedule is established, MEDPRO will coordinate and complete all aspects of the program. PM’s are performed at times that will not interfere with your normal operations. You can select PM for cots only, or include other items.

Labor only Service Agreements

All travel time, expenses and labor for reconditioning, repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance is included. Parts, as needed, are invoiced at the time of installation.

At the start of the program, all equipment is immediately reconditioned and enhanced as needed to provide the best possible serviceability and safety-"better than new!" Ongoing scheduled preventive maintenance is performed at times that will not interfere with normal operations

  • All compliance record keeping and reporting is included.
  • Monthly payment plan, without finance charges.
